Our staff is committed to providing the highest quality care in the comfort of our patients home. It is very important to our staff of highly trained professionals that our patients have the opportunity to enhance their quality of life while receiving the health care ordered by their physician. Depending on your individual needs, our Qualified Professionals can offer the following services:
- Medical Social Work
- Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy
- Assessments by RN’s
- Wound care (inc. wound vac)
- Provide home care supplies
- Home Health Aide assist with ADL’s
- Medication teaching and management
- Draw laboratory specimens and cultures
- Teaching and Management of medical and surgical conditions
- Orthopedic services to include CPM management & cast care
- Gastrointestinal: G-tube care, tube feedings, colostomy care and teaching
- IV therapies (include Picc lines, central line care, peripheral line insertion, antibiotic therapy and TPN)
- Respiratory care and teaching (adult and pediatric) to include nebulizer treatments and O2 screenings and therapy
- We have Physicians available to assume the care of patients that require home health services that do not have their own physician
